I want to survey the users of my computer network to find out their competencies with the software that they use (MS office etc). This will allow me to establish a benchmark and identify gaps that need filling with training - I will then deliver training and survey them again to re-establish their levels of competency and hence calculate the value of my training (good eh?!)

To save time I would like to copy (with your permission) an existing survey. Is there anyone out there who has done a similar thing? I guess that to have the survey on a website would be the best thing but I'm interested in seeing anything that you have to offer. Any help gratefully received!

I agree with Mntsnow. BrainBench would be the way to go for this type of testing, as you can break down tests accordding to specific employee skills and/or requirements.

BTW, I just received a large stack of BrainBench certificates for tests I took awhile back. Don't know what I'll do with them, but there cool none-the-less! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif
