Locked out of Folder Settings

My folder settings are locked in the Classic Style. I want to set it to the custom settings so I can single click. All users have their own settings. I can set thairs but not mine. Any Ideas???

Get into your Dispay Properties and on the Web tab take the View my active desktop as a web page check out. Then open User Profiles in the Control Panel and save current settings for your user profile. You will need your password here. This is off the top of my head but I think this is in the right direction. I am an only user so I don't have any profiles set up. I can't check it out for correctness. It will be close though.
