Diablo II won't recognize "play disc"?

Hey,

I just installed a new hard drive and reinstalled Diablo II. The install went fine, but when I try to play I keep getting the message:

"Please make sure your Diablo II play disc is in your CD rom Drive, then click retry."

The drive recognizes the play disc because I can view its contents. I need my DII fix and I can't get it to work. This was never a problem before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
