Could someone direct me to a website that reflects the "best" method (step-by-step) of eliminating Win 95 of my primary C: HD and installing (clean) Win 98? I want to keep my other drive (partitioned D & E) information intact. I've been told the easiest way is to copy the win 98 on the second drive (I have enough space) and install from there after formatting C. Comments?

IMHO Kal, that is about as clean as you need. Since Windows boots from the C: drive, you'll have no traces of Windows 95 if you format c: and istall it fresh.
