I have a linksys etherfast cable/dsl router model befsr81 and I just got dsl and I cant get into the router config utility. I am running win me 800 mhz duron system. If i am not able to get into the utility then can you suggest any other way for me to get all my computers onto the web?

You need to first click on your web browers. You should get an
error messages because you web connection is not set up yet.
At the top of the web page in the address window, type in the following " 192.168.1.1 "

A page should pop up.
Type in the following in the Password field " admin "
then click ok.

Step one:Check Nic is install properly,protocols,etc....also Is in Known working condition??
Step two: Check power(router).Unplug, wait whatever minutes, then plug again.
Step three:Ckeck wires.Change,test,etc...
Step 4:If all above did not work,then Get a New router.
