It was couple week or maybe 3 week ago
that I have seen the lowest memory prices say 128meg dimm for only 42 dollars! waited a few day later and bump back up to 52 dollars.
didn't bought any, instead I bought 64meg dimm instead for 24 buck and then another one a few day later. Anyway, another week i ordered another 128meg simm but decided to cancel it anyway because they were out of stock and because I dont really need them anyway, got plenty of memory already. I got 96 meg in one, 128 in another, and 128 in another. Actually the place I ordered from, www.craftpc.com (http://www.craftpc.com) take nearly 2 week just to ship my order out and another 3 day to get to me. Now that is frustrating and I'm paying 10 buck just for 1 puny weightless dimm their cheapest shipping rate, 3 day 15.95, 2nd 20.99, next day 29.99... Jesus, I think mail ordering company make too much money off shipping, ridiculous. I think I try ordering 2 dimm and thinking that the shipping would be 10 but instead 21.99!

Do you really want to complain about Memory prices? I just saw 256 MB 133MHz RAM for $150 with FREE overnight shipping (http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/Forum10/HTML/000957.html) !

Now, tell me that you can complain after that!

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I already had a 128mb stick, pretty good to start with!

Anyway, it just so happend that 4x256mb sticks "Fell off the back of a truck".

How`s £60 (around $85) each sound!). I gotta say, 650mb of ram is quite nice! Even WinMe doesn`t crash very often anymore. When I can get drivers for my hardware, Win2K will be installed!......

BTW......Sold 2 of the sticks, didn`t think i really needed 768mb of ram!

See ya!
