If your dismantling something pretty hairy, and it's your first time. Get a video camera out, set it up close enough to watch everything your doing, ( not at the back of your head ).
When it comes to a rebuild, and you have any queries, look at the tape. ( if your real good watch in reverse, at high speed, and follow ).
