Memory Specs

Hey there !
I'm thinking to buy AMD T-Bird based system, and wanted to know what memory I should use.
I will appreciate if anybody told me what ECC/buffered/registered/VCM ... memory good for. Also - should I wait for 266 bus and DDR memory ?

If you need all the performance and you're buiding a top notch system then get one of those DDR motherboards. Otherwise get PC133 unbuffered SDRAM. micron, mushking, infineon, etc are good brands.
