i was going to use the tv out on my ati all in wonder and hook it up to a 20'' tv instead of a monitor. should i buy the sony wega for $550 or get the aiwa one for $300some. which would have the best quality? they are both flat screen but i want as little distortion as possible. Would i be able to get my resolution higher then 800x600? Or please recogmend another tv that would be good for this, but make it lower than $650
thanx

instead of a monitor???
I don't think this is a good idea with the poor resolution TV screens can run at. 800x600 is the max mode your GFX runs at when TVout is enabled, but the TV doesn't do even 800x600. 720x576 for PAL (europe) and 720x480 for NTSC (US) is what TV's do. No matter how big it is, unless you use it to see movies or play games, you can't use it for everyday life use (surfing, word processing etc) or you will be needing thich glasses soon. A PC monitor even at 640x480 has a better quality due to the higher refresh rate. TV's do about 50Hz, now try to read that!!
Also, what good is a big screen if you run at low resolution. Your workspace will still be small, only everything will be larger and blured and last and most importantly interlaced.
