Hello
I bought a 30 spindle pack of this exact kind, "Memorex 12x Write Speed CD-R Platinum 650MB/74 min."
I cannot find these anywhere now. Key word is Platinum. Where can I find these for sale on a spindle? Better yet, do you make a 16x, 80 min. Platinum?
Thank you for your time.

This is the only Memorex Platinum product I've been able to find (I just spent about two minutes looking):

It is available at Staples.com (http://www.staples.com/Catalog/Browse/SKU.asp?BCFlag=False&PageType=1&SKU=IM1224897)

Any sites I found listed them, but stated they are unavailable. You need to check office supply stores and anyplace else you think might have them. I recommend Staples, because they tend to stock lots of CD-Rs, but only sell the cheap ones. The rest pretty much sit there. This brings up another point, most likely, the Platinum line is being (or has already been) discontinued. The more expensive CD-Rs are difficult to sell without great promotion.
If you do happen to find a stray spindle in a store, don't forget to ask one of the associates to scan it and tell you whether it is an 'active' item. If it is 'inactive', chances are they aren't getting any more.
