Motherboard Question

I have a Micron Millenium PC with P3-600. Recently my PC is acting up... I am considering changing the motherboard. Is there a way for me to use the same case? or do I have to purchase a new one? Are there any recommendations for a good motherboard? I can really use a motherboard with 5PCI slots. Thanks in advance.

I have changed case on a couple of times, and the only problem that i have encounted is where you buy a motherboard that is too big for you current case.
