Sorry you don't care for NewEgg. I, and a lot of others have had nothing but great dealing with them...and...the one I posted above, is not a refurb...at least its not on the refurb page and does not say anything about being a refurb... On the other hand, I read where many of the guys have bought the refurbs and came out smelling like a rose...and if it don't work?..send it back in 30 days, no problems.

Asus has been giving me a lot of pain of late - service department is very poor IMO. Talk big but act small.
