Can anybody recommend to me an AMD solution, with a socket A motherboard from either ASUS, Gigabyte, Aopen, PCChips for overclocking preferably with integrated sound. And including matching AMD processor all this should just come around to 0-166$,please remember my budget, processor can be any socket A.

Check out www.newegg.com they have a lot of hardware at good prices. You should be able to find something there. They have a review section there too.
