error messages from ad.doubleclick.net

I'm getting error messages when loading sysopt pages, see below. Most of the time i click stop once page has loaded to stop the ad error message from appearing. is it anything serious. I assume it is nothing to do with sysopt and is the ad pages. but it is very annoying
