Jimstep 02-10-2002, 09:15 PM If you are replacing an existing video card, make sure you have removed all the old drivers before installing the new card. To do this, set the video drivers to a super VGA. Then remove the old drivers, reboot, install the new drivers. When you do, check the device manager and remove all the devices under Display Adapters. Then reboot and try again. I think my Geforce3 did something like that the first few times I tried to install it under Win98. I got it working after a few boots in same mode. It worked fine under WinXP right away.
