The Asus P3B-F has the 440BX chipset, capable of handling Slot-1
cartridges up to 800MHz, and Socket 370-to-Slot-1 Celeron 466 and higher, including PIII's CuMine's.
I have heard with BIOS updates, people have gotten their CPU's running at over 1GHz, using good PC133 RAM. My friend has an older P2B-F running a PIII-750 @ 929, so I am sure that the P3B-F can take the same punishment.
Remember though that the 440BX is a 100MHz FSB based chipset. Some boards have problems running at 133MHz, but these Asus boards seem to handle it nicely.

Go to www.powerleap.com they have an adapter with a 1.2 or 1.3 GHz Celeron you can put on that board.
