Backup & restore XP registry!

How do you Backup & restore XP (Home Version)registry? I searched the MS XP page and found no reference. Do you have to log in as an administrator or what?

I don't think you can do it that way any more. However, now you can restore your entire system to an earlier time or create a restore point.( start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore.)

To Export and Import your registry: Start>Run>Regedit>Registry> choose Export Registry File give name and storage location. To restore choose Import Registry File.

Install the Backup utility from the CD and back up the "System State".
