ATI AIW Radeon will not play sound

Have made sure that all the physical devices have been plugged in correctly. however, when I play the TV, I get to sound. Any thoughts on how to correct this issue?

There could be a couple of things that are causing this. First how do you have your sounds set up? Do you connect it through the Line-In on your sound card, or did u do it internally through the cd-rom input, ATI lets u do either way. If you put it though the Line in, make sure on your sound cards mixer settings that the line in volume isn't muted and turned up all the way. The same goes for the Cd-Audio if u connected it that way. If that doesn't work, try re-installing the TV software and make sure when u install it again that u select that right option for sound, either Line-In or CD-Audio when it asks u to choose it during set up.
