672 series printer

i have had my printer for about 3 yrs now and it has been working great till about 4 months ago.. there have been streaks that appear on my paper. and i can't fix it. i have tried cleaning it but i still does it. so i don't know if im cleaning it right. does anyone know the parts that i should clean and what is the best cleaning solution that i should use?

The good thing about HP printers are that the Printer Heads get replaced each time you replace the ink cartridge. It's most likely that the heads are trashed when you streaks on your print outs. Replace the ink and see if that still happens.
