I had a virus on my system, can't remember the name, but the discription of its effects was it changed the way IE looked. well i got rid of the infection but now the fonts in IE are sorta big and overlap on some web pages. any ideas on how to fix this. I've tried changing the fonts in the options but no dice. as you all know removing and reinstalling IE is **** near impossiable.

I take it you already tried to repair IE6?? If not, in Control Panel, click ADD/REM PGMS, hilight IE6 and click REMOVE. You'll be presentedc with the options of removing, repairing or reinstalling.

yeah tried the repair routine. i usually have pretty good luck with that but this time no-go.
