Could anyone recommand a good audio editor. I want to be able to take some of my old records and put them on cd but i want to be able to get some of the hiss and pop out of the tracks i record. Something good were i can go in and do that and edit the waveforms and stuff. Something like that old sound editor that came with the SB16 were you could edit the waveform except something more advacned. Oh and something that can work with mp3's would be a plus but not necessary. Thanks!

Goldwave available from http://www.goldwave.com/ is smallest(<1M) and easiest of them all.
