Just want to know if you think its worth the time. Will I lose all my data on my drive when I set it up? Big performance increase?

Asus A7V266-E
2X 20gig IBM 60 GXP
AMD XP 1700
512 mb Crucial 2100



P.S. Any good setup web sites out there?

I did it, and it was worth the time (its really(!) fast)

-yes, you will loose all data, so you'll have to backup
