How could i mount a Socket A Heatsink on a TNT2 M64 PCI card?Ive got a Coolmaster(cheap thing, i can't remember what it was exactly) and i want to take off the current heatsink off my Video Card and replace it with that one. Thanks for any help.

I've used various methods such as elastics, silicone to tack the edges to the board (not between the HS and chip), etc... but why bother? These cards dont get too hot and OC'ing them does not produce results. Instead, attach a small (486 type) fan to the HS with some small screws like I did ;)

thanks i'll try that. but one question though. What do you mean it doesn't give results. I've overclocked my TNT2 from 111 to 160 and i'm getting over 350 points more for 3dmark 2001. Which is quite a lot considering i went from 903 to 1266. So it does help.

I have my TNT2 M64 clocked at 150/180 and didnt see a difference from stock. But i dont check the numbers, I simply load UT and see if I can find improvements.
I think my best bet is to get one of those $49 Visiontek GTS-V's and put the TNT2 into my PII350
