Help! Cna't boot and strange error beeps!

I just changed my cpu fan to a new Zalman. When I was finished and tryed to boot up all I get is error beeps that sounds like a siren ( du do du do du do ).

Stripped the pc of everything except cpu, memory and graphic card and still the same. I know the error beeps for the ram and graphics card but this I have never heard before....

Is it my motherboard that is broken or my cpu?

I have Asus a7v133 with an Athlon 1200...

The Award bios don't say anything about this error beeps...
