well i went and got windows xp pro and it set up all my drivers right but my network card. It puts it as a real tech. when it is really a D-Link 530tx. i go to unistall it and then search for new hardware while it saerches it sets up the network card donw in the tray automaticcaly. Any ideas on how to insatll it.

if you have the drivers on a disk then go to device manager and update the driver like you would in w9X
right click my computer > Properties > hardware tab> and then device manager
should have stayed with your old OS
