I am haveing trouble with logging in to my workstation. I hit ctrl alt del and login to the local machine the screen go blue and comes right back to the login prompt again. Tried login in as administrator does the same thing. Also tried safe mode but no help. Thank's in advance.

Did you change hard drive configuration? That's what happens if w2k's drive letter gets changed.
