problem with DAO on Nero Burning Rom...

hi i have the HP 9150i 8x/4x/32x burner and using Nero Burning Rom v5.0.3.1
i have problem taking off the 2 second intervals between audio tracks but i have the Disc At Once option checked. thats suppose to take off the 2 sec between tracks, but its not.

i tried going to properties for each of the tracks putting 0 on the "pause" option but when i tried to burn the playlist it said my burner did not support following audio properties: "CD Spec allows only 2-3 sec for the first track"

does it mean i need to keep the 2 sec pause for first track than the rest it can be 0 pause??

oh wait haha now i get it.
it requires u to at least have 2-3 sec pause for first track but zero for the rest of tracks. but don't DAO supposely automatically just take off 2 sec pause in between tracks?? i've use Adaptec Easy Creator and when i selected DAO it automatically did took off 2 sec pauses.
