I used to have a floppy that would load cd drivers...so that I could load my operating system from dos. Something spilled on my disk, and I didn't back it up. Any help appreciated!

Yes, I do.... But so does a Win98 Boot Diskette. If you don't have one, just pop a 1.44mb floppy diskette into your drive and go to:

Control Panel\Add/Remove Programs\Boot Disk. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

The generic cd driver file you're looking for is called "MSCDEX.exe"
