What happens when you run out of IRQs, and sharing gets full? I've already got IRQ sharing problems in my current mobo, Abit BE6-II. I have a Creative Encore DXR3 Encoder card that doesn't like to work with my old PCI Hauppaunge WINTV card.

That sounds cool but probally cost a pretty penny http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif
AN what about IRQ's? Unless It has its own CPU it may not work too good.
IMHO

That looks like something I have been thinking about building for years, except I was thinking of the ISA bus. It would be really easy (if it worked), although I never needed it...

WE actually used one of these at the company I used to work for. It was set up for a proprietary IVR system. We had 6 dialogic boards in the expansion chassis with a total of 24 lines POTS lines going into it. It was actually very solid and did it's job well.

Ummm...what are they thinking? What application of this could warrant such a pricetag? Are they doing this for servers in large corprations or is it a joke?
I do believe I do not care about its IRQ situation since I will not be buying anything like this anytime soon. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
OK I am still curious how it works but... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif
