i can't change the speed of my CPU manualy in the BIOS. how do i change the speed in the BIOS. do i have to change any other parameter in the BIOS first?

I have used many of these boards and I don't think that you can change the multiplier settings on the board or in the Bios. It's a quality cheap mobo but not very good for Overclocking.
