Setting Up My CGI scripts/ UBB/ NewsPro

Does anyone here know CGI/FTP? I have not had any training in this area, and need to set up some scripts for my schools robotics webpage= <A HREF="http://www.kisssys.com/robotics" TARGET=_blank>www.kisssys.com/robotics</A> . Any help would be greatly appreciated. The scripts are seemingly easy to setup from my view. I need to have them setup before Monday, and am willing to barter service for those interested. Please consider helping me. I have been trying to do this for a LONG time, as two of the members here know http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif.
