Where can i get the quake 3 demo from to test the fps of my system? Which version of the demo should i get etc.......

You might try the quake3 website. I haven't looked, but there has to be some free demo stuff out there somewhere.

i think nowadays you have to dl q3 team arena demo i cant find the first one. Luckily the first one came with my computer.
