Need help finding a product

I am looking for a cable extender unit. It has ports that fit in a 3.5 bay that are redirected from the back of your comp. MIDI/Gameport. headphones, mic, etc. I have seen this product reviewed on a site, but I cannot remember where. I also checked out the web site of the manufactor, but I cannot remember that site either. I rememeber that the company was going to come out with more options on the cables since the design was modular... they were going to bring out some video options as well. I would really like to get one of these, but I cannot find it.

I have seen what you are talking about but I beleive it was a 5 1/4" bay. I'll see if I can find a link.

That was the only one I found. I know I saw one on a hardware site but I can't find it.


It is $25.90 and it looks like it will be expandable in the future with USB, serial etc..

If you get it let me know what you think of it.

Looks like you already found what you want, but I was just flippin' thru a new Cyberguys catalog & they've got one too.

This one fits in a 3.5 bay panel, though.

Yeah I checked that product out as well, but I really like the gameport option. I really hate having to muck around with the back of my case beacuse my gamepad cord is too short.

Thanks, but the product I was looking for was about $25, and was simply a set of cable extenders that looped through a spare slot in the back of the case and connected to a terminal in a 3.5 bay face plate.
