RAID O and backing up

i am using a raid o array and wish to make a back up ,don't really
want to buy another 2H/drives to make it a raid 10 array .
when i only had 1 H/drive i used nortons ghost, but this doesn't
work with raid systems , i would rather back up to cdr but i have a 60GB combined drive making it
difficult to format and re-store as with ghost.

any suggestions ,thanks

Is this a software raid or hardware raid?? What Op system ??

If a hardware raid then install another drive and controler and mirror the stripe stripe set you already have.

it's a hardware raid ,if you read my post again, you will notice i've already said i don't want too buy another 2 hard drives to mirror
my existing raid ,but thanks anyway .
im after a removable (cd) way of doing it,if possible.
