Hey emcron,
Go to the machine shops in the local area. Most do work with the local high-tech companies and most have stock of lots of aluminum and copper and other weirdo alloys. And, since you're in Worcester (I'm right down the road in Clinton, and I have fond memories of there, as I went to college and grad school in Wistah, and I worked there for 11 years!!!!!), if you have any problems finding the metal you need, send me an e-mail and I'll see if I can help you make it happen!
