Here is a registry hack that adds an option into your folder/view settings that will let you switch between a Win-98 scrolling menu and the Win-95 style cascading menu.
You can cut and paste the lines and turn it into a .reg file, or download the zip file. http://users.aol.com/axcel216/newtip16.htm#TOME

I'm not sure exactly what to you want to do, could you clarify.

If you want to change the menu pop-up speed. then Beemers has the solution in this related thread (http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/Forum1/HTML/009049.html)
