We have an HP 4000TN laser printer at our library.
A library user was printing from a W2K PC that
has never before had a problem printing.
The person printed a 76 page article that he didn't mean to print. When I went into the Printer box from the Control Panel to purge the print,
there were no documents to print.
Even after "cancelling all print jobs" this document continued to print. When I turned the printer off or pressed the "cancel job" button, the item continued to print when turned on again.
When I turned off the PC from which he printed, the item didn't reappear.
Shouldn't print jobs appear when the "print box" is opened so that items can be purged? NOrmally,
this is the option and the print job is shown
in the print box.
Thank you for your help!
