MS097.ACL Need help with this,please

Everytime we startup the old Win95 PC this "Open With" box pops up for MS097.ACL and doesn't know how to open an ACL file. Don't know how long this has been happening...it's my son's computer. Does anyone have any idea what I can use to open this file. Don't even know what it's for, but when I cancel it it doesn't do anything. Thanks.

Thanks. Trying to read MS articles is like pulling teeth. I think I understand what their saying.

Still need help, folks. None of the obdc stuff shows up, DAO3032/350 didn't make any difference, all MS files are being shown,and it's getting to be a real pain. I've gone by the letter on the MS/Q163997 article, but the **** thing keeps popping up on startup. Any more ideas??? Thanks, folks.
