asus A7V266-E problem

I bought a motherboard combo with the a7v266-e board and AMD 1600+ processor form Monarch Computers it was all set up from them so I just installed it in my system. It boots up ok to the one beep, but I get no keyboard function at all. The power supply is fine for the keyboard wake up function +5vswb so that was not the problem. Asus says its the board, but Monarch wants me to send it to them to test. HAS anyone had this problem with this board or any problems from Monarch computers?

Dunno about your problem in particular but I too got the same combo from Monarch... Actually I got the 1800+ but what ever... The first one would not post at all. I got a RMA and returned it no problem but they were quite slow returning it to me although they did ship it overnight when they finally got it off to me.

Stay on them. Call and tell the teenager who answers that you have spoken to the return/testing guys and were supposed to call. Otherwise she will tell you to E-Mail them and I never got one retuned E-Mail he whole time.
