I've built 4-5 others, but my latest build doesn't want to give me the time of day. Won't even boot to BIOS. New FIC 2012 MB, New AMD k6 266 w/fan. Using reliable video card that came out of working system. All settings and jumpers checked 3 times. Everything running and making usual noises. No beeps from BIOS. ... Anybody got any ideas???
