Outlook express problem

I am using WinME and I am having the following problem. I can check my e-mail just fine but under the "Programs" tab on the "Internet Properties" I have no listings for Outlook Express or any other mail service for that matter. I want to use outlook for my defalt mail service how do I fix this.

Open Outlook Express and in the upper toolbar go to Tools and Options.
On the General tab you will see at the bottom:
This application is the default Mail Handler
Hit the button to the right, Make Default

Thanks for the help, but that is no good. I still draw a blank in my internet options box. I'll just try uninstalling outlook and reinstalling it and see if that fixes the problem. Thanks again.

You might want to try the Internet Explorer Repair Tool instead of going through the uninstall:
