When I am trying to send an email from a website, I get this message. I am using Outlook Express 6 on WIN XP.. I know how to set it up on Netscape Mail...But I am lost while configuring it for Outlook Express 6. - Please Help....

Message:
The host 'SPTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SPTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Another message that I get is:
The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Open OE, click TOOLS, choose ACCOUNTS. From there you can set up your mail & news accounts.

SPTP should be SMTP, you can change this in the Accounts On the Tools Menu.
