Gigabyte GA7-VTX

I am using the Gigabyte GA7 - VTX with an athlon 1.33, 512 Samsung DDR, and a Seagate Cheetah SCSI HDD runing WIN ME. Whenever I use the hardware monitor in Windows or the BIOS the system hangs and boots up on the second BIOS (Dual Bios) I've tried updating the BIOS and the RAM is approved by Gigabyte aparently Virglin use the same memory on the board.

Any Ideas :confused:
