i just wonder what for is that setting in bios pci vga palette snoop. should i enable it or not (i have an onboard graphics card)?

VGA palette snoop makes the system mirror accesses to the VGA color palette registers onto all busses, not only the one the VGA is on.

This is needed when you have a video related card on a different bus than the VGA display device ... like with an AGP or integrated graphics card and a PCI TV or framegrabber card. Normally, you'd leave this disabled, but since these palette registers aren't accessed very often, it doesn't matter much.
