I run the same board and no problems with 300Wps
but I do have a question for you!
Do you run the PC alert III? I do and the **** thing will not show me my case fan stats or it will alarm me when it does show me and tells me that the fan is running at 0 RPMs I have a 80mm case fan running and I have changed the thing out with another and the same thing happens? tonight I ran a search in google under PC Alert III and a whole lot of querys came up with peop;e haveing alot of problems with this software!
Oh by the way go to a computer store like Compusa or radioshack and purchase a 350W or 400W ps slip it in and see if it works and then return it back just to see if it is that problem! not a very ethical proceedure but box it up real nice and give em a good excuse for returning it! a ps might cost as much as a new case so if it does work perhaps get a new case while your at it?

:) What quality of PSU have you got, i've found a cheap 350wt PSU that came with my case wouldn't boot my system, but I went to a local computer shop and he stuck a 300wt HEC psu with PFC in and it works fine i've even added more stuff since.

Size matters or does it :D

I do use pc alert III , it does show my cpu fan in different locations
on the window DUH
Im not using Fuzzy Logic
I turned off PC Alert still have same problem

My PS is a HEC 300 Watt model # 300 AR-T
it says Pentiun available, I guess thats the extra ps plug.

I wonder if the PS is not AMD copmpatible ?

Would the compter function as good as it does if the ram or cpu
were damaged.

It operates without hangs or frezzes, quite smooth just not as fast it could be .
