clock advancing

I've got a workstation here at the office running Win 2000 that the time is advancing throughout the day, not by seconds but by hours. It's a new motherboard so I'm thinking it couldn't be the cmos battery...... any ideas ??????

Go into bios and set defaults a few times see if it kicks in or pull the battery for 5 minutes let it reset or flash the bios to an updated bios.
