signature display

I can't seem to get a signature to display. Suggestions?

Yep. The signature feature is turned off. If vBulletin would let us limit the length then it might get turned back on. Don't know about you, but I've been to some sites where the members have the specs to all six of their pc's listed in the signatures. They'll type a five word message to help solve a problem and then their signature is 87 lines long. It takes forever to scroll down to the next post..

I copleetly understand why you have done that, it is annoying when not used properly, but there will always be some wont there?

Could the solution to the long spec sheet be solved by asking members to just put a link to their specs and limit their siganature to a given length?

it would be great to hae an auto sig function. maybe limited to 3 lines but it would be a pain in the *** to police it. maybe a bit of cooperation from sysopt users might make it possible, but what if someone decides they want something longer and screw everyone else? tell them off? do you ban them? what to do.

oh the inhumanity of it all. anyway, I have mine all sorted.
