Who makes this?

At best buy, (one of my jobs--pc upgrades center), I frequently work on Micron computers--the millenia series. http://www.micronpc.com/images/tour/mmtourcase_13.gif


See that blue panel? you can put in two 60mm fans--one over the processor and one over the video card area. It is one of the nicest most effiecient cases I have seen. The fans pull air froma vent at the front/lower panel of the side of the PC. Very cool. (no pun intended).
Here is my question:
WHERE CAN I GET THIS CASE? aside from puchasing a micron, of course. I owuld really like a case that has these posistions, etc.
