How would i go about this, as in what size would i make the OS partion? And if you have 2 partions, does the second partion have its own drive letter? -Thanx scrooged 01-14-2002, 04:41 AM yes, the second partition has a different drive letter, as for how to going about it, it is a complicated process in which you can accidently delete all your files, so if you haven't done it before, i would suggest downloading a program called Partition Magic, if you can't figure out how to use it, post a reply and i'll tell you. m330 01-14-2002, 05:01 AM So i can add a second partition without formatting? Just to let you know, I am running windows XP and i have a 40 gig maxtor HDD.
