Be sure that your pm is empty. PM is limited to a few mb, don't remember how many though.
Inbox, sent items, and message tracking need to be empty to clean up space. You may also have to go back to last year to clean out any unwanted messages.

Yep, just checked your PM. Its full. You do need to clean it.
